THE BIBLE
God’s Word to all humanity is the Bible. The Bible is alive, breathing, powerful, and pure in humanity’s current life. Scriptures were given by God and written by men. The Scriptures are profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness. By studying the scriptures, humanity can understand salvation and be equipped for every good work. Humanity can read, study, and speak the Scriptures to receive guidance in their right now situation and their future.
(Hebrew 4:12) (Proverbs 30:5) (2 Peter 1:21)
(2 Timothy 3:15-17) (Psalm 119:105)
GOD
God is good. He is for us, and not against us. God is love. God’s will is that believers prosper and be in good health. God does not use tragedy, illness, or acts of nature to teach us. God is the creator and ruler of the universe. There is one God who exist in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God created mankind in His likeness and image.
(Acts 10:38) (Romans 8:31-39) (1 John 4:8)
(3 John 12) (Psalm 91) (Isaiah 54: 9-17)
(John 10:10) (Genesis 1:1) (Psalm 90:2)
(Deuteronomy 6:4) (Matthew 3:16-17) (1 John 5:7)
JESUS
Jesus is God incarnate. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. Jesus was like humanity in all ways except for one, being free from sin. He freely offered to shed His own blood for humanities’ sins by dying on a cross and His blood totally eradicated sin and its power. Jesus rose from the dead after three days and ascended into Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father. Humanity putting faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior is God’s only plan for salvation.

Jesus Became:
Sin so that we could be righteous (2 Corinthians 5:21)
A curse so that we could be redeemed (Galations 3:13-14)
Sick so that we could be healed (Isaiah 53:3-5) (1 Peter 2:24)
Poor so that we could be made rich (2 Corinthians 8:9)
A son of man so that we could be sons of God (Luke 19:10) (John 1:10-13)
Jesus is the head of His church and continually building His church. He is returning for His church and we will reign together with Him for eternity.
HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit was sent to the earth to guide and teach humanity after Jesus left the earth. Humanity receives the Holy Spirit at the time of salvation. There is a second encounter with the Holy Spirit called the baptism of the Holy Spirit that is distinct from salvation. All believers are entitled to and should seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to the command of Jesus. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is speaking in tongues. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are in operation in the church today through the lives of the believers to edify the church. The gifts of the Spirit always flow in harmony with the Scriptural guidelines. Believers are to desire the gifts of the Holy Spirit including the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

HUMANITY
Humanity (Male and Female) was created by God in His image, and His original intent was to have a personal relationship with each person. By voluntary disobedience, humanity became separated from God and allowed sin and death to enter the earth. Due to the original sin, all humanity received the nature and consequences of sin. Humanity can only overcome sin and its consequences by putting faith in the redemption and salvation of Jesus. Salvation is a free gift offered from God to all of humanity to be received at any time during their natural life. Once saved, humanity has access to a personal relationship with God and access to all benefits provided by the price Jesus paid. For believers to develop their relationship with God, regular church attendance should be a main focus with involvement in the local church. Believers are also obligated to share the Gospel message that Jesus instructed his disciples to perform in the Great Commission.

(Matthew 28:18-20) (1 Peter 3:15)
THE GOSPEL
The Gospel is the word and power of God to salvation to everyone who believes. The Gospel message is Christ died for our sins according to the Scripture, He was buried, and He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.
(Romans 1:16) (1 Thessalonians 1:5)
(1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
FAITH
Biblical heroes and patriarchs, specifically Abraham, used faith in their relationship with God. Faith is a vital part of a believer’s relationship with God and faith pleases God. Humanity must use faith to receive the grace of salvation to become a believer. Faith is increased in a believer’s life by hearing the Word of God. God is moved to action by believer’s faith of hearing and confessing God’s promises.
(Genesis 15:6) (Romans 4:1-25) (Hebrews 11: 1-39)
(Romans 5:2) (Ephesians 2:8) (Romans 10:17)
(Mark 11:22-24) (Matthew 8:5-13) (Matthew 15:21-28)
(Romans 10:9-10) (James 1:2-8)
THE CHURCH
Jesus is the Head of the Church. As Head of the Church, Jesus has given actual, literal positions called apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the edifying of the body of Christ and for the work of ministry. God has placed qualifications for Elders and Deacons to assist the positions of the five-fold ministry in the local church. A local church should follow the instructions and writings of the Apostle Paul for a sound church and other ordinances.

(1 Timothy 3:1-13) (James 5:14-15)
(Titus 1:5-16) (Titus 2:1-15)
WATER BAPTISM
Water Baptism is an outward profession of a person’s inward commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior. Believers should be water baptized after salvation. Believer’s bury the old nature with Christ and rise in the newness of life. Water Baptism is total immersion.
(Romans 6:1-7) (Matthew 3:16)
COMMUNION
Jesus instituted Communion with His disciples and instructed them to remember Him and what He did. Jesus told the Apostle Paul that the Gentile Church should participate in Communion. Believers proclaim and remember Jesus’ sacrifice and death during Communion and not themselves or their sins.
(Luke 22:17-20) (1 Corinthians 11:23-25)
(1 Corinthians 11:26)
TITHING
God is a giver. Abraham introduced the tithe before the Old Covenant. God commanded His people to tithe under the Old Covenant. All believers should walk in a giving lifestyle including tithing to their local church under the New Covenant. Believers receive tithe on earth at the local church, but Jesus receives the tithe in Heaven. A believer tithing is declaring that Jesus is alive.
